    Terms of Service

    Last updated: 29 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PURUS.PET website and your purchase of samples and products from SIA "PURUS.PET" ("PURUS.PET", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

    2. Nature of our business

PURUS.PET is a European manufacturer offering pet care products through white label, private label and distribution (resale) partnerships, and provides samples for evaluation. Our website is primarily intended for business customers.

    3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe our or others' rights. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

    4. Products, samples and information

We aim to describe products, ingredients and packaging accurately, but descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general information and may change. Minimum order quantities, formulations and packaging options are confirmed during the partnership or ordering process.

    5. Orders and payment

Sample and product purchases are processed through our Shopify store. Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and, where applicable, include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and payment is successfully processed. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout via our payment provider.

    6. Delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated timelines are presented at checkout or agreed individually. Depending on the destination, deliveries are made by courier or parcel services (for example Omniva or DPD parcel terminals in the Baltics). Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days; if an item is not in stock, dispatch may take 3–6 working days from receipt of payment. If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you without undue delay; we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier you selected. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes outside the EU.

    7. Right of withdrawal & returns

Where you purchase as a consumer under EU distance-selling rules, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are unused and undamaged. Custom-made, private-label and personalised products are excluded from this right. Business (B2B) purchases may be subject to separately agreed terms. To arrange a return, contact us at [email protected].

Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the goods are defective or do not conform to the order — in that case we cover all exchange or return costs. Refunds are made to your bank account within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. If you request an exchange, repeat delivery is invoiced according to the chosen delivery method.

    8. Warranty for non-conforming goods

We provide the statutory guarantee for non-conforming goods under applicable Latvian and EU law. If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, we will remedy this by repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

    9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images and product materials — is owned by or licensed to PURUS.PET and may not be used without our prior written permission.

    10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

    11. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Otherwise, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Latvian courts.

    13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the latest version.
